I had a wonderful time at the Renaissance Koh Samui! This hotel provided a perfect escape after busy days traveling around Thailand. The rooms were luxurious and exactly what we needed for relaxation. However, while many aspects of the service were excellent, there were moments of miscommunication that could be improved. Overall, it was a great experience with stunning views and attentive staff.
